Healthcare for Children – From Birth Onward

At Graham Medical Clinic, our physicians and care team are equipped and trained to handle your children’s medical needs. As an independently owned clinic since 1972, we offer same-day appointments and accept most major medical insurance plans.

Please bring the following with you to your child’s appointment:

• • Any copay amount specified by the insurance plan will be due at the time of service
  • Any records from previous providers
  • Complete auto/worker’s comp info if seen for a work- or auto-related injury
  • Current insurance card
  • List of current medications
  • List of questions for your provider
  • List of symptoms
  • Name, address, and phone number of any current providers
  • Photo ID (may not apply to young children)

How to Reach a Provider After Hours

If your child has a medical emergency where seconds count, please dial 911 at once. Otherwise, dial 717-262-7016 for the doctor on call for Graham Medical Clinic. The operator will reach out to that provider and they will call you back within an hour. If you don’t hear back from them in that time, call again.
